Non-Compliant Calls Signed by Voice SY

I am writing to you because you are the listed contact for Voice SY LLC in the FCC’s robocall mitigation database.

My company, ZipDX, operates a robocall surveillance platform called RRAPTOR. More information about RRAPTOR is here:

We’ve captured quite a number of robocalls signed by Voice SY. The chart below gives several examples we’ve received today from various calling campaigns. The calls appear to be non-compliant with the applicable regulations. We haven’t given consent for calls to any of our numbers. All of the called numbers are registered on the Federal Do Not Call list. The caller-ID appears to be spoofed, at least in several of the cases.

The Orig-ID that you have included in your STIR/SHAKEN Identity Header for all these calls says “Primo Dialler LLC” – perhaps that is the entity that is sending these calls to you.

Can you please investigate these calls specifically, and the traffic in general coming to you from these caller(s)? I’m anxious to see the calls stopped until they can be brought into compliance. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know that you received this note. I’d like to learn what your investigation reveals and what actions you and your caller(s) are taking to address my concerns. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have and am prepared to meet on the phone to discuss.
